Three Fin is a consulting company that exists to support those changemakers to transform the financial system.
Three Fin works with NGOs, United Nations Organisations, industry associations, financial institutions and others.
We translate our client’s social and environmental aims into campaigns, product design, training and research that bridge the gap between environmental and social campaigns and the financial industry.
Meet the Team

Managing Director
Alice is Managing Director of Three Fin Consulting and a Trustee of the Finance Innovation Lab. She has worked with the UN, charities and financial service providers for over a decade to create a fairer and more sustainable financial sector.
She began her career at Lloyd’s of London, before shifting her focus to social and environmental issues within the financial sector. As Research and Innovation Officer at the International Labour Organization’s Impact Insurance Facility, Alice worked with insurers to introduce new inclusive products. She founded Three Fin Consulting (previously Merry & Co) in 2018.
Alice is a graduate of Cambridge University and the Geneva Graduate Institute’s Executive Master in Development Policy and Practice, and holds a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute. She speaks English and Spanish.

Researcher
Johan is a political scientist from the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). He has experience in the field of financial inclusion and innovation, having worked in these areas in the Colombian insurance industry with insurance association Fasecolda. He has experience in research and advice on human rights issues and knowledge on Latin American politics and economics.
